The ritual abuse would be a variety of things…being put in a coffin when I was 2 years old and being left overnight in a church…rituals of gang rape…rituals of being impregnated and then taking the baby almost at term out of me to be used in rituals…elite parties, hunting parties where children are taken and then hunted…having to watch children being sacrificed in the sub levels of the Vatican, cut open when they were alive, watching them drink the children’s blood and eat their organs…
Not having a loving bond with either parent is something that still affects me today and I would say the other worst thing for me was watching children be sacrificed in the Vatican…watching all the VIP people in the room…they do these sacrifices to invite demonic entities to inhabit them and I was able to see and feel these entities also…to see evil itself was something that still haunts me to this day…
Since the 1980s, therapists have been working with patients who report extreme experiences of violence in the context of occult structures.
Typical experiences include: Sexual abuse, child prostitution and child pornography, torture, snuff film productions, participation in ritual acts including human sacrifice, cannibalism, and highly complex methods of mind splitting and conditioning (“mind control”).
Victims are born into family structures that have practiced Satanism or similar occult beliefs for generations, or they are sold into these perpetrator circles as children. This specific form of organized crime has been called ritual abuse by therapists.

Rachel: I witnessed 6 murders as a child…and one involved a baby in a bonfire in a ritual with 50 adults present. Just horrific stuff. One was a child that I had to be in very close proximity to - a child being murdered by my father. He told me if he didn’t murder her, he would have to murder me. I had to get to know this child, take food to her… just horrific.
Stephen: Where did the children come from?
Rachel: The baby came from an unwed mother. There was a family member who had a parade of underage pregnant girls in the 80s and it was still happening in the 90s. The baby probably didn’t have a birth certificate and wasn’t registered.
Stephen: What would justice be for you?
Rachel: Acknowledgement from authorities that it’s the truth and the quelling of the naysayers. I know that the trolls who go after me are paid and I can prove it. For me, it would be the particular perpetrators that I have…there are a handful of perpetrators…and I want them investigated because they are still alive. And I know one of them in particular is still perpetrating… I want them investigated. That would be justice for me.
Stephen: …Why won’t the police take any interest?
Rachel: He’s very well protected. He used to train police dogs. He apparently had a…$500,000 fine for unclassifiable porn. But he is still untouchable.
Stephen: What is unclassifiable porn?...
Rachel: I’m not sure…
Stephen: I’m not sure I want to know. You know what? You can keep that one Rachel.
Rachel: I know that he is still abusing because a parent came forward to tell me about their child being abused by him. That’s why I know he is still abusing – the child is the same age as me when he was abusing me.
Stephen: You have already been through a lot - more than anyone will ever understand …and you are also putting yourself out here now and talking about it publicly. And as you have said, you are of the firm belief that people who speak up about this meet a tragic demise. Why are you still free to speak openly about this without any sort of intervention? Is it a case of you becoming so public profile now, maybe, it’s not worth the risk?
Rachel: I think that must be the case.
Stephen: Do you fear for your safety as a result of all this?
Rachel: You create what you attract, so no, I don’t.

Rachel: I would be taken through those (tunnels) as a child to other locations and used as a honeypot. There were times when I was photographed with other men that were clearly not conscious, in compromising positions, which I feel very guilty about because I know that some of those men were not complicit.
There was also a lot of other full on sexual abuse by my father and his friends, one of whom was a chief inspector of police at the time. At least in the 80s he was, when he was abusing me and another girl who was supposedly missing. But he knew where she was because he was abusing her.
My father had extensive filming equipment and always had very good cameras. He even had the…big umbrella that would deflect…the light. There was a lot of child porn that was produced beneath my house. It wasn’t just the bunker. There was also a cellar beneath the house where this activity would occur. He would abuse me above ground as well but a lot of it was underground.
Your viewers would be aware of the McMartin Pre School case where a lot of the abuses occurred underground. You can discredit anyone who says anything about it because the abuses happened underground. That’s been my experience.
Max: You know, Rachel, I know about tunnels because I was transported from a torture facility underground in Rome to the…sub levels of the Vatican through a tunnel. It even had its own train that went from one to the other. I am acutely aware that these tunnels exist all over the world.
You said you were used as a honeypot. I know what that means but in case people who are watching don’t know what that means, could you describe that?
Rachel: I am so sorry for what you have been through. So, my father was an ASIO operative…ASIO was a version of MI5 or MI6 or your CIA…and he was involved extensively in blackmail operations. As a honeypot I was basically just a small, underaged girl that would be placed in positions with powerful, or men that he wanted to have control over. The men would be naked and I would be forced to perform whatever sexual act he wanted me to perform on that person so that he could then film it and own that person.
Yeah…(sigh)…so my abuse included child porn, the honeypot operations. I was abused by people very close to him. I was also under the MK Ultra program. There was a psychologist in the family that was extensively involved with that. I was trained psychically from an early age but there was that ability on both sides of the family… and I was also medically experimented on. There was satanic ritual abuse as well. The rituals I was taken to, I witnessed the murders of children and a baby.
Max: Unfortunately, I know exactly what you are talking about. I witnessed the same. You are essentially saying the same things that I went through …I was going through this in Italy and you were going through this in Australia.
So clearly, this is a global phenomenon.
I also was experimented upon in the facility my uncle ran underground in Rome. It’s interesting for me to meet someone who has gone through that and I wonder if it’s ok with you, would you be willing to share and go a little deeper into what that is and what you went through?
Rachel: One of my very first memories…I was very, very small…I think I was under two…and of course there will be people who will say you can’t remember anything below that age. And that’s really interesting because that was my father’s reaction when a sibling said to him, why did this happen to Rachel? He said, she wouldn’t remember that. All psychologists are in agreement that no children remember anything under a certain age, so that was his reaction.
Max: And yet, that’s not true.
Rachel: So one of the first memories was being taken to a house which was located very close by to a butcher which…a lot of dreadful things would happen at the butcher…
This was not a medical facility, although a nurse seemed to be running the show in the waiting room. I was taken into this room that looked like a suburban kind of room and this doctor looking person…Five or six other young men then proceeded to practice catheterizing me through my urethra and I have had to have procedures in adulthood to try to clear out the mess that was made.
And it wasn’t just that. It was the sexual abuse later on. I had chronic and constant urinary tract infections throughout my life which weren’t addressed. I don’t know what my mother was thinking but I wasn’t taken to the doctor.

Medical Experimentation
Rachel: At the age of 10, my father had just murdered a child in front of me, one that I had had extensive interaction with and who was also a high profile missing child. He had just murdered her and I escaped from where it had occurred and was sitting at the front of my house.
He came and sat down and explained to me that I had been part of research and that I was very important. And he actually described it as a zombie apocalypse which sounds absolutely insane until you start to look into things like the CDC (Centre for Disease Control) have on their website as in a zombie preparedness plan. And all of the doctors including Luke Montagnier, who was a world renowned Nobel Laureate in virology, saying that these things that are happening now will likely bring out prion disorders and prion disorders are often called zombie diseases.
So, I was utilised, according to my father, in the development of what he called at that time, ‘scrapie’ but later on…he let me know it was kuru, which was a prion disorder of the Papua New Guinean people. Whether or not it actually originated there or was taken there to be experimented on them, I have my personal beliefs.
But supposedly, it is a funerary cannibalism issue. Basically, he told me at aged 10 that I had been utilised. I’d already had a couple of attempts to infect me. There was another attempt at age 14 where I was actually shown the tissue that was placed into slits that had been cut into the inside of my throat. There are certain ways they try to infect people – one was a lumber punch at age 18 months.
I have Freedom of Information documentation to prove that I had the lumber punch and it names the doctors involved and the facility where it was done. It doesn’t say kuru prions were placed inside of me but I have proof that it did occur at age 14.
They also do tissue to tissue contact through the tonsils...so there were at least three attempts to infect me. Apart from some symptoms that may have been psychological in 2003…I did find it very difficult to walk at one point and had lots and lots of shaking…I seem reasonably ok…Maybe I have something in me that makes me impervious to it. I don’t know.
Max: I was put through…not just consistent raping, but all kinds of other torture with broken bones and stabbing and burning and…I was able to heal my own body. So there was some way that no matter what was done to me, I would heal it and come back from it.
I actually believe that all human beings have this ability. We’ve been taught that…there’s an expert out here called a doctor and that it had to be a medicine from outside. That’s not true. I know that’s not true. So I think we all have this ability… I would venture to say that yeah, of course you can heal yourself.
Max: One pedophile will molest or rape a few hundred children in their lifetime. I don’t remember the exact number but it’s a very high one. So between 5 of them…the victims are going to be in their thousands.
Rachel: And these are clearly very protected people.
Max: Yeah. They all are…let’s just call it what it is…a pedophile is the president of my country. Anyone in that role, or the head of any global agency, they are all pedophiles and are all protected. You know my story about the Vatican. Everybody from the Pope down is implicated in pedophilia and nothing happens to them
Rachel: The (Vatican) treasurer was South Australian. George Pell…he was let off.
Max: I think every now and then they have to make a show of convicting but they really want the public to believe that pedophiles are these…low income, bad neighborhoods, seedy kind of crazy guys who work out of their mom’s basement. No. No. They are very well placed. And they are extremely well protected. The evidence of that is the brazenness that you just described. They should be terrified, otherwise.
Rachel: They all have each other’s backs. It’s a powerful network. There’s Freemasons - their oath is to each other before anything else. And if they go against each other, they end up hanging themselves in a closet. But they haven’t really hung themselves.
It’s only through people like us that bring this stuff out, that it’s ever going to get looked at. It just has to get to the impossible stage where so many people know about it that they have to do it.
Max: I think that’s so brave of you. The fact that you even survived and are the person that you are today. With your job you help people, you have done many interviews with me and others. You are trying to save other children from what you saw and went through and it takes a lot of courage.
You had that courage as a small girl to save that young girl and you have the courage now because, like we just said, these people are well placed…I have been through these exact same things, yet hearing you say it, just…it’s chilling, infuriating…
But I do think their time is coming. It maybe here already. And they will not escape justice forever
Rachel Vaughan’s desire to speak for those who cannot speak themselves has fuelled much of her official and public disclosures. Her driving forces are to protect children from this parallel cult nightmare, many of whom are still trapped within it, and see all perpetrators investigated, charged and incarcerated.
In 2016, South Australian parliamentarian Rebekah Sharkie was instrumental in having Rachel’s masonic, psychopathic, serial killing, blackmailing, pedophile, ASIO operative father, Allan Maxwell McIntyre, investigated by the SA Police Special Crimes Unit for the abuses he perpetrated against her. But he died on 13 June 2017 and the investigation ceased. Rachel believes that her father left behind many younger perpetrators who still roam free. For now.
Rachel’s public profile has grown significantly in recent years because of her consistent efforts to raise awareness but the mute Australian authorities continue to dodge and discredit her. While she may be ‘the most ignored woman in Australia’, the flourishing international survivor and support community has fully embraced Rachel’s truth, grace, intuitive intelligence, kindness and enlightening leadership.
Rachel’s truth can no longer be hidden under the Adelaide establishment’s rotten carpet. Time to grow up and face the music.
