My favourite royal Magyar wise guy Goz Goz recently shared some resonant information about meditation which helped me recognise why I have always found sit-down mind meditation to be somewhat so-so.
He explains that the soul is in the whole stomach and is the main engine sense of our whole body. We activate our whole body/soul centre in our stomach when we are in the present here and now, not by meditating in the mind.

The problem with the mind intellect, is that it does not exist in the spontaneous present here and now, in magnetism/love, which is real organic reality.
If you spend too much time in your head, fear will make you its bitch and essentially detach you from your stomach soul centre, or whole body/soul centre.
Fear is a liar, and the brain is a processor that is not a sense. The soul is in the whole stomach and is the main engine sense of your whole body. You activate your soul centre in your stomach when you are in the present here and now, not meditating in the mind.
Kinesiology Body Awareness
Kinesiology is the study of human movement and incorporates body awareness as a crucial aspect of its practice. Body awareness refers to the ability to perceive and understand one’s physical body, including its posture, alignment, movement patterns, and internal sensations.
The easy solution is to bring your consciousness down to your stomach from your head using kinesiology body awareness and then keep moving your consciousness by soul-feel all around your body.
When you are relaxed in your stomach soul centre, you can then spread that stomach soul-feel kinesiology body awareness to your whole body.
Psychic vampirism and parasitic behaviour
People who are stuck in their mind intellect are literally living dead in the back blocks, outside real reality. They vicariously live through academic, half baked truths and other people, to pretend to experience what other people do with their living, existential, actual omni-being. They become sarcastic, stuck in the head 'know it all' commentators of what other more naturally soul centred people do in simple ways, whether it be from sport to experiencing organic creation itself through playing music etc.
This is sheer, blatant, psychic vampirism and parasitic behaviour and the illuminati want ALL people to be like this, in their reptoid human hybrid soulless image.
This is also the ignominious, despicable way of inorganic non-being that psychopathic people engage in because they choose, whether it be consciously and/or unconsciously, to let fear make them its bitch.
Spontaneity is the truth because it exists in real reality
Spontaneity, created in the present here and now moment, existing in magnetism/love, is the truth because it exists in real reality and is not being forged from the intellectual back blocks of inorganic non-reality that causes harm and essentially goes against nature and our soul centred sense of actual omni-being.
It is quite simple really and allows people to be living in genuine joy and always improving with natural wonder on their overall potential for doing anything they want without causing harm to organic nature, themselves, other people and species that co-exist with us.
The more one does to harm another, the more harm they do to themselves FIRST. It is of key critical mass importance to be all aware of this. How?
Just stay in your gut instinct soul centre and life becomes all good for you and everyone else, if they choose to be this way.
Once fear is conquered, there becomes no unnatural fear and guilt which the illuminati use to run this world from the top down, inverted, from their ‘all $hitting’ eye, mind controlled, inorganic back blocks that forges itself to be of the living dead, which does not exist in spontaneous present here and now organic real reality.
All knowing soul centre is the state of actual omni-being
Hence this state of actual omni-being all becomes naturally easy for ANYONE who be of their all knowing soul centre and not stuck in fear and loathing in their mind(s).
Remember that fear is a liar of the worst kind and variety.
People who choose to become sado-masochistically addicted to fear, deep down in their absent soul, be really coward, weakling, dead pieces of wood and basically oxygen thieves.
The truth is not actually forged nor designed to be pretty, politically correct or ugly, it just is what it iz.
Update on Goz Goz Attacks - Sep 4, 2024
Since my August 23 article about Goz Goz’s latest round of toxic, psychiatric drug abuse, he has shared a post about being slammed with ‘yet another new adult baby toy’: … an intense microwave with added magnetic force through satellites & 5g for the most part, slamming me into the ground to keep me injured because they be panicking again that once I heal myself enough, they know I can use just simply alone my organic human body technology to wreak havoc on all their light years ahead of their dumbed down mainstream technology.
He also revealed how fearful the poomyassi (Khazarians) are about the likely possibility of enough true Magyar souls remembering from their all knowing, gut soul centre and collectively using their natural omniversal primary force magnetism (not electricity which is a secondary force/energy):
“They have never been able to defeat us when we start using our natural magnetism via our body's magnetic medicine wheel(s) organic technology in days gone past during past split timeline reset periods know it will be all over for them very quickly.”
