As of 27 November 2023, Estonia, New Zealand and Slovakia have officially notified the WHO that they do not consent to the proposed IHR amendments.

We call on you to immediately and publicly reject the amendments to the IHR (International Health Regulations) on behalf of the people whom you serve and, in doing so, reinforce the sovereignty and constitution of your great nation.
Under the amendments tabled for adoption at the next World Health Assembly in May 2024 the WHO would be able to:
1) Unilaterally declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC), or even the POTENTIAL for one, in any domain of One Health
2) Claim sole leadership of the response to the PHEIC
3) Implement surveillance measures on people (Digital ID) and States
4) Mandate experimental treatments
5) Maintain sole determination over the conditions by which the PHEIC will terminate
The World Council for Health, on behalf of its international Country Health Councils and members of the public in all countries, is hereby reaching out to each and every political representative once more to alert you regarding the upcoming December 1, 2023 deadline to REJECT THE AMENDMENTS to Article 59 adopted in May 2022.
We request that you collaborate with other members of your parliament or Senate and deliver an urgent letter to your Head of State insisting that they reject the amendments to the International Health Regulations adopted in May 2022 as a matter of urgency, before the deadline of December 1, 2023.

Most Australians Have No Clue About the Secret 2016/2017 WHO-COVID Vaccination Biometric Digital ID Pass System Agreement
Details of the pre-planned World Health Organisation COVID/Biometric Digital ID Pass System agreement were dropped into the internet swamp by a concerned insider in 2021. It included a link to the Australian government’s International Health Regulations (IHR) document which has since been removed from the website. The following text has been slightly edited but the original message essentially remains intact:
There is No Real Pandemic. It is Simple Treason.
This plan was actioned in 2016/2017 by the WHO. It involves all state premiers in Australia being told that the Public Health Department will be planning to vaccinate 95% of the Australian population, gather up all our DNA and hook us all up to a Biometric Digital ID Pass System. With all that personal data to be handed over to the WHO.
It was signed off in 2018. It’s set for completion in 2023. Which means none of us will be allowed out of our homes until every single one of us has been poisoned. It’s part of the International Health Regulations (IHR) agreement that was signed in 2005 that activated the “pan-corona” measures. The IHR is a Public Private Partnership deal with 196 nations that agrees to ensure that International Trade and Commerce traffic is not disrupted during a WHO declared emergency.
This is why we are locked in our homes. It’s to keep us out of Mr Globalist’s way. It looks like the IHR has been hijacked and corrupted by the Globalists and is why we are being driven into the ground by unlawful activity and stealth. It’s being used as a Weapon of Mass Destruction using a pen.
All the people need to demand the PM ScoMo immediately withdraw from the IHR agreement and Corona will cease to exist for Australia. The Corona pandemic was declared to facilitate the nations to implement their National Action Plan for Health Security (NAPHS) plan, that’s all. There is no real pandemic. It is simple treason.
WHO Depopulation Payment Schedule
In May, 2023, evidence about the WHO’s ‘depopulation payment schedule’ surfaced in an obscure video discussion where the journalist pointed out examples of excess death payments to governments:

Page 8 shows that 250 deaths equate $56M; 750 deaths - $112M; 2500 deaths - $195M. Trinidad ‘claimed’ 2500 deaths and received almost $200M. It's all about money.
Governments were incentivised to record deaths. The global powers designed a system that would incentivise governments to look for and report deaths. These numbers help to feed the fear and this fear helps to increase compliance.
The global powers moved finance from its purpose of serving society as a medium of exchange, to being a weapon used by globalist powers to manage a country - strangle a country if it needs to - and to bring these countries into a system of control. If they don't do as they are told, they will manipulate the monetary system and cause them to suffer significantly and push them out of power so they can bring in their friends. Whoever is favourable to them will be elected.
In Jamaica, we are on a mission to stop all of this and we can't afford to be fearful.
Global public private partnership: The global financial controllers are the World Bank, Vanguard Group, Blackrock, Facebook etc - they own all the money. Sitting at the top are Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos and others. They are part of an overarching control system that has been in place for centuries. This comes from biblical times.
